- Make sure that your student account password is updated
- Ensure that your GUC ID number is written correctly
- Take your time to learn about the participating companies
- Define your companies of interest
- Dress smart casual while attending the on campus fair
- Check the locations of companies of interest at fair venue to speak with the exhibitors
- In case you are graduating senior, please make sure to view our tips for graduates

- Polish your resume
- Register using your GUC alumni e-mail
- If you don’t have it yet, make sure to create your alumni e-mail https://student.guc.edu.eg/alumni/AlumniRegWelcome.aspx as it's your access to fair registration
- Class 2025 graduates & February 2026 can register using their personal e-mail addresses
- If you already have it and don’t recall your password contact us on alumni@guc.edu.eg
- Make sure to write the domain correctly of your alumni e-mail as name.name@alumni20XX.guc.edu.eg
- You will receive a verification e-mail to activate your account
- Ensure that your GUC ID number is written correctly including the dash

The Annual Internship & Employment fair is the mega recruitment event for GUC calibers: Students & Alumni to engage with a diverse range of employers & academic exhibitors in a variety of ways. The fair is hosted in two days on campus on the 2nd & 3rd of May 2026
The event this year is hosted on campus on two days 2nd & 3rd of May 2026 with NO live day so if you are interested to meet the exhibitors you should access the on-campus event and apply online through the platform.
The event is exclusive to GUC alumni and students.
Yes, all users will need to register on the landing page of the fair website, and a verification e-mail will be sent to you to enjoy all the fair features. Also the registration will be a must to access the fair venue on campus.
For Alumni: You will need an Alumni e-mail to use during the registration process on the landing page of the fair website. You can follow this link on the GUC website to sign up for an Alumni e-mail: http://student.guc.edu.eg/alumni/AlumniRegWelcome.aspx
Class 2025 graduates can register using their personal e-mails
For Graduating Seniors and Students: You will need an active student e-mail to use during the registration process on the platform.
No, you only need to have access to the internet.
Yes, you can log in from any device. However, for the best user experience, a laptop or desktop is recommended.

Yes. There will be an online Briefcase with you! With this feature, you can add all of the documents available in the different exhibition booths to the online briefcase and then email it to yourself or download it to your device.
